I am the guy with the white F-150 with wheel bearing problem.  Following is an email I sent to about 100 people: 

"I had a "roaring" noise in my truck and thought sure I had a rear end or transmission problem that was going to cost me some serious money. Picked a name out of the hat and went to High Tech Transmission on Buford Highway about 1 1/2 miles outside I-285.

They drove the truck. They put it up on the rack and checked the rear end for metal grindings etc. They put it in gear on the rack and ran it in the air. They test drove it again. After 45 minutes work they told me I had a wheel bearing problem on the left front and that I should take it back to the place that did my brakes a month ago. "If you have any trouble with the brake guy, have him call us". No charge for all their work. 

High Tech Transmission is a one shop company started 25 years ago. It's the owner and 4 mechanics. The five of them have been together for 22 years in the same place. They said "it's a transmission place but we do most anything". If you have a problem, I'd recommend these guys. 

I immediately got a response from one of the fellows (that I sent the email to): 
"It is interesting as I used this transmission garage a little over 6 years ago. I was having an intermittent transmission problem I took it to (Name Omitted) Cadillac. Since it was intermittent they would not work on the problem. I took it to High Tech Transmission. They took the the job.

Sure enough they fixed the problem. I have 82,000 miles on my present Eldorado and will not sell it for love nor money. If I should encounter transmission problems, I will be in touch with them. With (Name Omitted) Cadillac's approach I could have broken down in the middle of nowhere!"
