My cousin and her husband thought the transmission was slipping in their van and were sure it would be an expensive repair they couldn’t afford with a new baby that just arrived. They were referred to Bob and he completed a diagnostic on the van. They were told it was not the transmission but a very small problem that was relatively inexpensive to repair. Because of this I will be taking my vehicle to him tomorrow to look at!!

I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for the great job you did on my Mercury Mystique.
Among the attributes:
- The car was checked out at no charge. Because of its low mileage, you suggested I go to the dealer.
- The dealer wouldn't budge, so you had it towed back to your shop at no charge, where the work was completed at much less cost.
- You then offered an extended warranty I could decide on 3 months later.
- Two weeks after the job, you gave the car another checkup and reminded me to bring and it back for another checkup before the regular 1-year warranty ran out.
